Starbucks at 3707 Mundy Mill Road, Oakwood, Georgia.

I would like to start by saying I've been starbucks fan for several yrs . Been coming to this location for over a yr. Today date above at 1:00 pm . I requested a refill , they denied me . rudely looked at me like I was crazy in front of everyone . I explain that an HR ago I bought my sister coffee and daughter spent toughly about $15 and obviously had to drop the drinks off . Very rudely was told that I left the store "sorry about your luck" . I've never been embarrassed like this . Went down the Rd and again explained to the other Starbucks and the lady smiled at me and said "no problem sir" that is customer service and not being petty . I roughly spend about $50 at that store per week . I'll never be back . I work for a big corporate company and we don't treat our customer like that .
